Want to blow off some steam after your Monday classes with some good ole exercise? Come join the Baits II Community for a no-stress game of soccer! Participants will meet up at the Community Center in Coman House by 5:00 and will head over to the grassy field behind Thieme House together. Teams will be chosen randomly! No previous soccer experience necessary. Those who want to participate but do not wish to play are invited to spectate or cheerlead. It will be a great time. 

Beads and Bonds is a relaxed, creative event focused on helping residents connect and unwind after the welcome week jitters of the semester. Thinking about Wolverine Wellness and one our commitments to social well-being, this event gives residents a chance to slow down, meet new people, and express themselves through simple bracelet making. Whether you're crafty or just curious, you'll find a welcoming space to share stories, laugh, and create something meaningful, both in terms of friendships and actual bracelets!

We'll provide all the supplies, calming music, snacks, and a chill space to hang out. There will be optional conversation starters on the tables, plus an opportunity to make a bracelet for someone else as a small act of kindness. Beads and Bonds is about more than crafting, it’s about building community and taking care of your social wellness from day one.

Join us for a fun and informative tabling event with DPSS focused on bike safety and property registration! Residents will have the chance to stop by, grab some cookies, and learn practical tips for protecting their bikes and belongings on campus. DPSS officers will be available to answer questions, walk students through the bike/property registration process, and share resources that help keep our campus community safe.

For this event we plan to inform our residents about the benefits of thinking about how one uses their money. We will provide slides on budgeting tips, basics of investing, and how to optimize saving for your future. Then we will allow for time to work on personal budgets with assistance from RA's.

Join RAs Tessie and Kate in a DIY postcard making event! After you sign in, you'll send us a picture to have printed for free to add to the front of the postcard. Then you can decorate and write to your heart's desire! Stamps for mailing also provided for free.

Join us for a Michigan vs. Central Michigan Football Watch Party, designed to bring residents together in a fun, inclusive, and stress-free environment!

Join us for a fun and interactive night of Pictionary! This event is all about laughter, teamwork, and building community. Take turns drawing and guessing prompts, encouraging collaboration and creativity in a low-pressure setting! From start to finish, the goal is to create an inclusive and welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable participating. Bring your energy and get ready to meet new people, make friends, and enjoy some good vibes!

Meet at the Coman House lounge to take the Blue Bus straight from Baits II to the Natural History Museum! Experience a guided tour from museum staff and learn about both museum exhibits and cutting-edge research being done in the Biological Sciences Building.

Come watch the Michigan vs. Nebraska football game with us at Thieme Theater! The game will be streaming on the big screen so you can catch every play and enjoy the full game-day atmosphere. We’ll have free pizza and soda for everyone, making it the perfect way to relax, grab some food, and hang out with friends. Whether you’re a football fan or just looking for a fun way to spend the evening, this watch party is a great chance to connect with others and enjoy the excitement together.
