In a nutshell, CMK acts as an internal consulting group to the brands, providing business recommendations that shape brand strategy and result in superior products, packaging, communication, and brand development. CMK reaches these recommendations by seeking to understand the consumer - integrating insights from market research (qualitative & quantitative), psychology, observational or implicit data, artificial intelligence, and macro trends.
