Led by tonji reese, an experienced mindfulness instructor, this event will guide you through various breathing techniques and meditative practices that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine. Whether you're looking to calm your mind before a big exam, relieve tension after a long day of classes, or simply want to explore the benefits of mindfulness, this event is perfect for you.

No prior experience with mindfulness or breathwork is necessary. Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore the potential of your breath. Join us and discover the profound impact that mindful breathing can have on your academic and personal life.

The Nap Ministry’s rest deck cards will be available for participants to pick up in the Rackham Graduate School lobby from 1pm to 2pm on Monday, March 25th (the day before the event).
