Prioritize your work, research, and writing with dedicated quiet space, snacks, and coffee. Join us for this bi-weekly opportunity to meet other grad students and postdocs in STEM and stay ahead this semester. Each event will begin with 15 minutes to grab snacks/coffee, get settled, and set goals for the time block followed by 1.5 hours of quiet work time and conclude with partnered progress checks.

Join WISE and UMCU for a workshop on building and maintaining your financial health during college and beyond. Students would learn: How savings and investing differ, savings options (CD, HYSA, Money Market), investing basics, workplace plans (401k) vs IRA ROTH vs Traditional Plans how to choose a financial advisor, and how to determine your risk tolerance and portfolio. Join us to jumpstart your financial health and save for your bright future.

Grad students, postdocs, and undergrads all come together with a common interest of building a STEM community. Join us in the WISE space for snacks, new friends, professional development lead by our student mentors, and time for connections in small groups! All are welcome.
