UM School of Nursing Office of Health Equity and Inclusion View Other Sessions

The buffet of professional development offerings at the University of Michigan can get overwhelming at times. UMSN Faculty and Staff will now have the opportunity to take on bite-sized professional development by participating in the Office of Health Equity and Inclusion’s Lunchtime Learning Series. The Lunchtime Learning Series is an intentionally curated selection of LinkedIn courses centered around the topics of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Our goal is to provide suggestions for easy to digest trainings that can help us work towards strengthening our cultural competency and contributing to a healthier work and classroom environment for all.

These courses can be completed alongside your lunch break or at any time that works best for your schedule. Staff and Faculty that successfully complete all of the courses and submit the corresponding LinkedIn certificates will receive a certificate from the Office of Health Equity and Inclusion recognizing you for your outstanding commitment to our DEI and EPIC values. Our hope is that this will provide a shared learning experience across UMSN where the content of the courses can easily be incorporated into our practice and hopefully spark your interest in seeking out more DEI professional development opportunities.
