All BSN students are welcome and encouraged to attend this Student Success Workshop hosted by the EPIC Pathways: Nursing Health Equity Scholars Program in the UMSN Office of Health Equity and Inclusion. The goals of these workshops are to create community among BSN students while strengthening crucial success skills.

Stress and anxiety are an inevitable reality for nursing students and can inhibit your ability to thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually. At this workshop, Dr. Nidaa ShaikhNidaa Shaikh will share what cognitive behavioral therapy is and how to incorporate it into your daily life so that you can effectively manage your stress and anxiety and maximize your academic success.
