Session Is Over
Room 1250, Building 2 (426 NIB)

168 hours -- this is how much time BSN students have each week to do it all: eat, sleep, exercise, study, go to clinicals and class, work, travel, family responsibilities. So how might we prevent burnout despite this harsh reality?

Come together to help build community, discuss healthy ways to engage with various roles and responsibilities, learn ways to institute life balance, and understand what constitutes "doing and being enough". At this workshop we will also preview Fall 2023 events and programs hosted by the EPIC Pathways: Nursing Health Equity Scholars Program.

Advanced registration is not required but encouraged. Please send any questions about this workshop to Emily Herzog at
