Where does Wellness Fit into Academic Advising?
This interactive session will offer wellness tools and technique for advisors to utilize in their advising sessions with students, acknowledging that difficult wellness-related topics come up often, and sometimes academic advising is the only help-seeking service students will utilize over the course of their time at Michigan. This session will be co-presented by staff from Wolverine Wellness and academic advisors who have been through a 12-hour wellness coaching training at U-M.
