This required training is the next step in your orientation process as a new staff member in Student Life.

On July 1, 2016 the University of Michigan launched a revised sexual misconduct policy titled, "The University of Michigan Policy and Procedures on Student Sexual and Gender-Based Misconduct and Other Forms of Interpersonal Violence." As a staff member in Student Life, you have reporting responsibilities as it relates to this policy and Title IX. In addition, you have responsibilities to report crimes to the University as required by the Clery Act. This training is required and will help you understand the rights and responsibilities belonging to each of us as we work collectively to end sexual assault, intimate partner violence, stalking, and sexual and gender-based discrimination and harassment in our University community.
