Erin Martinez, LMSW

Erin Martinez, Clinical Social Worker, Certified Sex Therapist and Sex Educator will investigate sexual pleasure and intimacy from a lens of exploration, education, justice and awareness. Audience members will be invited to consider how self-image, cultural expectations and body shaming/misinformation can influence biological and psychological desire. Neurological differences related to inhibition and excitement will be discussed as well as considerations on how to make adaptations to influence the sexual accelerator and brake. The presentation will offer multiple tools to navigate interest, pleasure and communication including the sexual timeline, body mapping, masturbation and creating an erotic template.
