This is a self-paced workshop centered around inclusivity. This TedTalk presented by Aduke Onafowokan highlights three ways to be more inclusive. We encourage you to watch the video and take a few minutes to reflect upon the provided reflection questions. Here is the link to the video.

Onafowokan stated that “you cannot include people you cannot hear.” Has there ever been a time in your life (professionally or personally) when you haven’t felt heard? What events/conversations led up to you feeling unheard? If you could go back in time and alter the event to ensure that you would be heard, what would you change?

How do you plan to be more intentional about fostering inclusivity? How can this work translate into both your personal and professional life?
